A smooth arrival at Reunion

The right address, the right gate and a clear plan for getting into your home.

Before you travel

Confirm the property address, arrival gate, check-in time and access method with the property manager. Ask how guests and vehicles are registered, and save the instructions and support number offline. Gates and security arrangements do not replace the home’s own check-in process.

If guests arrive separately, establish who receives access instructions and whether every vehicle needs registration. Never share entry codes publicly or in a review.

Your first hour at the home

Check the arrival instructions for parking, alarms, pool equipment and any reporting procedure. If something is missing or not working, contact the managing company promptly using the details supplied with the booking.

Review the rules for amenity credentials, visitors, noise and waste collection. Confirm any optional extras, such as pool heating, against the booking rather than assuming they are active.

Know who to contact

Your property manager handles home-specific issues. The resort or CDD team handles its own facilities. In an emergency, contact emergency services first. Keep the different contacts clearly labeled for everyone in the party.

Before departure, read the checkout instructions in good time. Arrange transport around the agreed checkout time and confirm where access cards should be left or returned.
