Three layers of a Reunion stay
Your private-home amenities are those supplied at the property itself, such as a pool or games room. CDD amenities are community facilities governed by the district’s rules. Club amenities have separate eligibility and booking requirements. These categories should be checked independently.
A property can offer a rewarding Reunion stay without club access. The important thing is knowing which facilities you can use and how you obtain the necessary credentials before arrival.
CDD community facilities
The joint Reunion East and Reunion West CDD amenity policy amended April 10, 2025 lists Seven Eagles pool, spas, fitness facilities, bocce court and Linear Park; Homestead pool, wading pool and spa; Carriage Pointe pool and spa; Heritage Crossing pools, wading pool, spa and community center; and The Terraces pool, spa, gazebo and pavilion. It also lists Liberty Bluff’s dog park and playground, and Grand Traverse Parkway’s playground and outdoor fitness facilities.
The policy allows owners to designate renters as beneficial users of their CDD amenity privileges. Renters need an access card and must follow the applicable rules. Ask your property manager to confirm eligibility, arrange the card and explain any current changes. CDD access is not a resort club membership.

Golf, tennis and the water park
For resort club facilities, confirm both the property’s access status and the booking-provider arrangements. The resort’s FAQ tells guests using preferred rental partners to verify access for their specific home. A management company’s name alone is not enough to establish what your reservation includes.
Access also does not mean that every activity is free or always available. Tee times, equipment, lessons and other services may involve separate reservations or charges. Ask for the current arrangements rather than relying on a photograph, listing badge or an old review.

Questions worth asking
Which facilities can our party use? How do we collect CDD cards or club credentials? Are all guests covered? What extra charges or reservations apply? What happens if a facility is closed? Ask for the answers in writing alongside your booking details.
Does staying inside Reunion include the water park?
Not automatically. Confirm access for the specific home and booking arrangement before reserving.
Can a non-club property include community pools?
CDD access is separate from club access. An eligible renter must have the appropriate designation and access card under district rules. Confirm this with the property manager.
Does a golf view include golf privileges?
No. A view is a property feature; playing access requires its own confirmation.
Check the facilities you plan to use
Read the separate guides to CDD community pools, the water park and golf at Reunion. The distinction matters when comparing homes: access should be confirmed for the actual property and travel dates.
