Choose the pool day that suits your group

A private pool offers the convenience of being at home, while a community pool gives the day a different setting. Compare shade, seating, toilets, supervision needs and the journey from your accommodation. A short distance on a map does not establish a comfortable walking route for every guest.

Seven Eagles and other CDD pools

Seven Eagles, Homestead, Carriage Pointe, Heritage Crossing and The Terraces appear in the CDD amenity policy. Their eligibility rules are separate from club facilities. Read the access explanation and arrange the required card with your manager.

Opening hours, repairs and weather can change the plan. Check current notices before setting out. Follow the pool’s supervision rules and posted guidance; being inside a resort does not replace adult supervision.

Private pools have their own details

Ask whether heating is optional, how it is charged and what performance to expect in cooler weather. Confirm barriers and alarms, and never assume a spa will operate independently of pool settings. Your manager is the right contact for the home’s equipment and operating instructions.

Check current arrangements with the CDD policy. Operational information can change.
