Compare the actual product
Official park VIP experiences and independent planning or guiding services are not interchangeable. Ask who operates the experience, which parks or attractions it covers and what access is actually included. Avoid assuming that a private guide can provide the same privileges as an official park product.
Disney’s official private VIP information requires valid theme-park admission for each park visited. Confirm current group limits, minimum duration, pickup arrangements and pricing directly before booking.

Make the day work for everyone
Share ages, interests, mobility needs and the attractions that matter most. Plan meals and breaks rather than treating every minute as a race. Confirm how weather, ride closures and changes affect the experience.
For Universal experiences, consult Universal’s current offering and confirm which parks and access products are covered. Your accommodation booking does not establish VIP availability.
Keep the booking responsibilities clear
Use the provider’s written terms for the experience and confirm any separate transport from Reunion. We can help discuss trip-planning enquiries, but the operator must confirm the service and admission requirements.
Separate an official tour from independent planning help
An official theme-park VIP tour and an independent itinerary planner are different purchases. Ask who operates the experience, what admission is required and exactly which benefits are included. Disney states that its Private VIP Tours require valid admission to each park visited, separate from the tour price.
Do not assume any provider can promise unrestricted front-of-line access or entry to every attraction. Compare the actual written product, then choose accommodation and transfers around its confirmed meeting arrangements.
