Make the round part of a considered trip

The palmer course is one of Reunion’s three signature golf courses. When planning a round, the useful question is not simply which course sounds most impressive, but which tee options, conditions and available times suit your group.

Ask the golf team for the current scorecard and advice for your players’ experience levels. Choose tees that keep the round enjoyable; playing a longer layout is not the only way to appreciate a course.

Your pre-round checklist

Confirm guest eligibility, the reservation procedure, the full playing price, equipment availability and check-in instructions. Ask about practice access and any maintenance affecting your planned dates. Build in time to arrive without rushing.

If you are bringing rental clubs or transporting several golf bags, confirm that the equipment or vehicle is reserved. Do not assume a standard passenger count means enough luggage capacity.

Choose the right home base

The accommodation needs to work before and after the round. Consider private bedrooms, kitchen and dining space, the route to check-in and the non-golf plans of your party. Our golf-stay guide connects these decisions.

Check current arrangements with the resort’s golf team for current course details and tee times. Operational information can change.

A course with changing elevations

The resort describes the Palmer layout as a risk-and-reward course over rolling terrain, with elevation changes up to 50 feet. Its published length is 6,916 yards; the distance you play depends on your chosen tees. Consider the tee set that suits your group rather than treating the longest yardage as the default.

Before your round

Check tee-time availability, access requirements, rental equipment and the current weather policy directly with the pro shop on 407-396-3199. A home overlooking this course does not establish playing rights. Your accommodation provider should confirm what applies to your reservation.

Check current arrangements with the official course and clubhouse information. Operational information can change.
