The right group setup

Count private sleeping spaces rather than dividing the headline occupancy by the number of golfers. Adults traveling together may each want a separate bed or bedroom. Confirm bathrooms, dining seats and parking, then choose a home that gives the group comfortable downtime.

If your itinerary includes early starts, plan breakfast and transport in advance. A kitchen and shared living space can be useful, but the house rules and permitted occupancy still apply.

A three-day framework

Use arrival day to settle in and confirm the next morning’s arrangements. Plan a first round with enough time for check-in and practice, followed by a relaxed meal. Keep a second playing day flexible for weather, course availability and guests who prefer another activity.

This is an itinerary framework, not a golf package. Playing access, tee times and charges must be confirmed separately for your booking. Explore the course guides and check eligibility before finalizing travel.

Tell us what matters

Share your dates, number of players and non-players, bedroom needs and whether Reunion club access is essential. We can help with accommodation enquiries and direct you to the appropriate golf contact for current playing arrangements.

Compare the three courses

Read the individual guides to the Palmer course, Watson course and Nicklaus course before discussing a playing schedule. For the accommodation side, compare luxury homes with condos and townhomes; confirm golf eligibility for either option.

We’ll use your details to help with your enquiry and may share relevant trip details with the property manager or service provider. Read our privacy policy.

Tell us a little about your trip. Flexible dates and early plans are welcome; only your name and email are required.

What happens next? We’ll review your enquiry and follow up by email to discuss suitable options. Before you book, confirm availability, the full price and the amenities included with the individual home.

An enquiry is not a booking. No payment details are needed to enquire. A deposit is required to book a vacation rental; the amount, payment schedule and cancellation terms will be provided before you commit. We act as an independent booking agent for professionally managed homes, primarily through local management partners.

A three-night golf break: an example

Arrive with time to settle in and collect access credentials. Keep the first evening simple: groceries, a relaxed dinner and confirmation of the next morning’s clubhouse. Play one pre-booked round on the first full day, with the afternoon available for the pool or a shared meal. Use the second day for another round or an activity with non-golfers.

This is a planning example, not an advertised package. Tee times, accommodation, meals and transfers are separate arrangements unless your written booking explicitly includes them. Before paying, compare each traveler’s bedroom, any single-occupancy requirements and the total transport budget.

When your group needs more coordination

For a larger golf party, nominate one organizer to collect names, playing preferences and equipment requirements. Ask the resort’s golf team about its current group process. A group of homes can work well for accommodation, but a gathering, tournament or catered function may require separate permission and venue arrangements.
