Will everyone be comfortable for a week?
A double-height entrance looks impressive in a photograph. For a family holiday, the dining table and bedroom layout deserve just as much attention. Can everyone sit down to dinner together? Is there a downstairs bedroom for someone who would rather avoid stairs? Check whether the advertised sleeping capacity includes sofa beds or bunk rooms, especially if you are travelling with several couples.
Reunion’s custom-home offering can provide distinctive architecture and generous living spaces. Compare the actual home rather than treating size or a “luxury” label as proof of quality. Ask for current photographs and a clear description of what is included.
Look at the setting behind the home
A golf outlook can create a feeling of openness, but orientation, landscaping and neighboring properties affect the experience. Review the rear elevation and pool deck, not just the interior. Ask about any nearby work or known disruption for your dates.
Ask what is included before you book
Ask whether pool heating costs extra, how housekeeping is arranged and who to call if something needs attention. If you plan to hire a private chef, check kitchen equipment, visitor limits and the manager’s permission before paying a deposit. A professionally managed home does not automatically include club access; confirm that separately for the property you choose.
Plan the rest of your stay
Travelling with several families? Our guide to large-group stays covers shared space and sleeping arrangements. For evenings at home, read about booking a private chef. Before choosing a property, check the difference between CDD amenities and club access.

Tell us a little about your trip. Flexible dates and early plans are welcome; only your name and email are required.
What happens next? We’ll review your enquiry and follow up by email to discuss suitable options. Before you book, confirm availability, the full price and the amenities included with the individual home.
An enquiry is not a booking. No payment details are needed to enquire. A deposit is required to book a vacation rental; the amount, payment schedule and cancellation terms will be provided before you commit.
