Pick the park and the arrival point
Walt Disney World is a destination with different parks and arrival arrangements. Choose the actual park before checking a route. For Magic Kingdom, distinguish the parking and Transportation and Ticket Center journey from the final arrival at the park gate.
Avoid treating “distance to Disney” as one meaningful number. A route to the edge of the property does not explain the time needed to park, travel onward or pass through entry checks.
Driving or booking a transfer?
Compare parking and toll costs with the practicality of a transfer for your group. Confirm child seats, luggage or stroller space and the precise pickup location. For a late return, agree how delays and changes are handled.
If you are booking a private experience, ask the provider where pickup is available. Do not assume collection from a Reunion rental is included.
Tickets and a comfortable pace
Use Disney’s current information to check tickets, reservations and any separate event admission. Plan breaks and a meeting point if the group splits up. Keep essential items accessible rather than packed beneath everything else in the car.
