Big days out. Better planned.

Choose your park days around the people you’re traveling with, then make the journey part of the plan.

Choose the experience before the ticket

List the attractions or experiences your group cares most about. Consider height restrictions, walking, breaks and how much you want to fit into one day. Match tickets and dates to that plan rather than buying the broadest option first.

Check current operator information for admission rules, reservations, access products, opening hours and special-event requirements. These details change, and an old trip report may no longer be a useful guide.

Other days to consider

SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and LEGOLAND are further research options for different kinds of trips. Compare the specific experience, age suitability and full cost before choosing. Kennedy Space Center deserves its own day-trip planning rather than being squeezed between local park visits.

Distance is only part of the decision. Check a live route from the home to the correct parking or drop-off point, then allow for the remaining arrival process. We do not publish unverified mileage or guaranteed journey times.

Keep a recovery day

Plan a lighter day after a long evening. An eligible community pool, a modest outing or time at the house can give everyone a better second half of the holiday.

Before choosing admission, read our theme-park ticket planning guide for the dates, parks and extras worth checking.
